I have had great experiences in my life. But the most tremendous shifts have happened internally.
I live according to my own truth and have learned to not need outside validation. Which in turn makes me a judgement free zone. People are beautiful as they are. No need to try to impress or appear more polished. Just show up as you are.
Gaining my internal and external freedom is perhaps the best thing I've done for myself.
