My name is Karen Alarcon Im 25 years old. I think that the life is the most incredible gift that god give us. I am a person full of life, I love using every minute of the day for activities that allow me to learn new things.

Im passionate about leading a healthy life so from food to my lifestyle is handled thought about the importance of the body's physical and spiritual health for a life full of energy. I love exercising, love being outdoors, practicing yoga, cooking and engoy all the posible time with my family and friends. I prepare myself formarathons, I believe that the body is an instrument capable of super inexplicable limits. I love healthy food, cooking, so I take care of my body every day, carrying a diet free of food affecting my health.

Family is everything to me, the love and support of my parents has been so important in my life, so I spend some of my free time to share with them, we are a very close family and loves to travel. My parents are teachers and my brothers are doctors, now my sister is studying in Cuba, and my brother is studying medicine in colombia.
