Hi there,

In short - we were bored of the 9 till 5 work life at home so decided to quit our jobs, pack a bag and buy a one-way ticket to travel the world for as long as possible. This was back in November 2014. We're having the time of our lives and haven't looked back since.

Aside from seeing the sights and experiencing different cultures, we love to meet new people from all walks of life around the world. We are down to earth, easy going people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're travelling the world to meet as many people, from as many different backgrounds, hear as many stories and experience as many new things as possible!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Since the start of our trip;

• Observed Wild Orangutans in the rainforest in both Borneo and Indonesia. It was great to see them swinging around in their natural habitat.

• Sang along with primary school children in a slum in New Delhi, India. These children had so so little, yet had the biggest smiles you can ever imagine.

• Learnt to Scuba Dive, and swam with sea turtles and reef sharks.

• Trekked 15 kilometres through Paradise Cave in Vietnam with nothing but a head torch. Awesome day!

• Swam in the ocean at night, surrounded by Bioluminescence.

• Spent a day helping out at Elephant Nature Park in Thailand. It's upsetting to learn the history of each of these gentle giants. But now they can retire and live happy at ENP.
