ABOUT ME

Hi everybody!I am 45 and work as a specialteacher in a school here in Copenhagen. I live together with my son who is 18 and in college, and our dog Futte who loves long walks in the park, well luckily for him, I do too so..!I also enjoy reading and meet once a month with my book club to discuss books, poetry and various subjects that follows. I have been on many lovely summertrips along with my son and my friends. There are so many places that I would like to see, and Im thinking that with this form of travelling I can do that and meet local people, and get to know places in other ways than as a typical tourist. I would also like to host other couchsurfers, or at least show them around in wonderful Copenhagen! I reckon' Im good company, im young at heart and mind, openminded and long for adventure in my life! Im looking forward to meet you out there!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This summer I hosted for the first time. A young student from Amsterdam. He and my son are the same age, so they got along fine and had two fun days together.
I went to Cuba and was hosted by a nice lady that I found here on couch surfing. And that is my experience with couchsurfing so far!

I went to Harlem to visit and old Jazz diva, who holds concerts in her living room every sunday afternoon - it was sublime and the atmosphere was simply magic!

I take dance lessons every thursday night, so when I go to Cuba I can dance salsa with the locals! I would really love to learn Spanish and to play the guitar! My son plays saxophone, guitar, base, and drums! So when people come here to stay they can do a little jam session! In my spare time I run, do yoga, read, paint, and sing in a gospel choir.
