i like to think of myself as a free spirit. I love living in the moment. when i can. and when i can't, i take it one day at a time.

PHILOSOPHY

"everytime i come up with a philosophy of life, i find that my circumstances in life change, and i have to come up with a new philosophy. therefore, i have decided to drop the philosophy and to continue with my life."

--- neil simon said this years ago, and i adopted it as soon as i read it..... nothing made more sense to me at the time, and nothing else comes close, even today!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

have hosted quite a few couchsurfers since i became one in october 2007, and it's been a great experience - a wonderful way to get to know people, and to travel the world through their eyes.

Interessen

i do mainly volunteer work for underprivileged children and old age homes - art, craft and music with the kids at home, and visiting/taking musicians/entertainers to the older folks. i love reading,dancing, swimming, beach-bumming,lotus-eating, film, theatre,food, music,travelling,meeting and continuing to meet new and interesting people, making friendships that endure.
on the more serious side, (but fun, most of the time, which is why i do it) - pfaffing. yes, pfaffing :) which is my term for the stuff i love to do, the volunteer work.
