HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was first introduced to CS while backpacking across Europe in 2008. Afterwards, to give back, I helped to host people in Humboldt County, California for years. I also attended a few local hang outs there, and also here in Chicago. I've finally hosted someone here in my spacious Chicago studio, and I'd love to do so again!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Having just met a family in Zurich, they helped me celebrate my birthday, made a cake for me, took me up to the Alps! They were so wonderful! I kept the candle from that cake! In Prague our host educated us so thoroughly on the fascinating history of that land. My hosts everywhere have always been so kind, patient and generous. When I first moved here to Chicago the hang outs helped me meet some good people and gave me a good introduction to my new city. I've enjoyed all my CS experiences. Hallelujah for this website!

Climbing the Alps in Switzerland on my birthday. Enjoying the beautiful & stunning Redwoods and the northern California coast for several years.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I'm always eager to learn more about the Windy City and to share what I already know. I know some things about science, religion, politics; I don't know much at all about pop culture! I'm always ready to be introduced to more music. And getting to know about different cultures is why I'm here!
