About Me

see the world, never stop moving

give me a few good friends, warmth, perhaps a beer and a balcony and you'll have me satisfied. what can i say? i like uncomplicated people. not simple, or simple-minded, i like nothing more than profound conversations that carry themselves because the people speaking are so damn interesting. but i like keeping everything simple that can be kept simple. there is little to nothing of any material value to me. i want to physically own as little as possible, while "owning" as much as possible within, from experiences (through which comes wisdom), to memories, ideas and a creative mind. i dont believe in superficiality, greed and jealousy. i genuinely believe in the art of contentment. :)

goes something like this:

"“I went to the woods because i wanted to live deliberately, i wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, to put to rout all that was not life and not when i had come to die discover that i had not lived."

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

I share an apartment with my two amazing roommates in the heart of Siegen. Everyone is always welcome here!

as hotels are the same (and very impersonal) all around the globe, i much prefer the idea of experiencing a country as thoroughly and closely as possible. i think this is the best way to do exactly that.

All over Australia and Eastern Europe. I love couchsurfing. I just love it.

Music. Art. Places I have never been or want to visit again. Society. Culture. Literature. Languages! Food!
I think it's easier to describe what I'm not interested in, that being: football, cars, money.

Also, I want to learn every language and meet as many human beings every day for the rest of my life. I dont believe in staying hung up on the same people all your life now im not saying to replace all your friends every 5 years, no way, but keep making an effort to meet new people all the time. never grow tired of it. never settle down. its the most brilliant way to learn and grow. :)
