I am originally from Guatemala. I love appreciating life as it is. I do many things but in general, my two favorite things are doing meditation and dancing Argentine Tango. I love helping people and that is why I am in the mental health field. Love meeting new people and getting to know other cultures.
I like yoga, meditation (insight meditation but I do sometimes Shambala).
Argentine Tango, mostly. I know how to dance all latin dances tough.
Hiking, biking, and swimming.
