Hi Everyone!!

My name is Karina and my boyfriends name is Sam, we are both new to couch surfing so here's a little about ourselves....

Sam has been a mechanic for 10 years at Volkswagen and I have worked in Sales at the UK's leading local newspaper, I also do hairdressing part time.

We are both very passionate about Traveling and exploring new places. We love to meet new people hence why we've signed up to Couch Surfing.

We have been together for 8 years and are both very laid back! Together we have traveled South East Asia, Bali, Australia and New Zealand in 2015. We will be going on our next travels to the United States, Canada, Mexico & Costa Rica in January 2017 for another amazing adventure.

We are both very friendly and approachable and love to meet new people and cultures on all walks of life :)

We are new to couch surfing hence why we only have 2 references but everyone needs to start somewhere, so please don't be put off and give us a chance to meet you! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have not yet participated officially through couch surfing, but we met some people in Australia who had done it and they highly recommended it so we wanted to try it for ourselves. Our friends in New Zealand also then tried it earlier this year and told us what an amazing experience it was as you get to meet so many people and make new friends all over the world.

Interests

We are both currently learning snowboarding but other than that Sam is football/ soccer crazy and also loves surfing. I enjoy walking, cooking & going the gym. We both love music so love going to festivals! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

We pretty much like any kind of music to our ears, love watching action films, and we also love the legendary Harry Potter films!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't name one but three amazing things we did whilst in New Zealand- A Skydive, Great White Shark Dive and also the Tongariro Alpine Crossing which was 20km!! As well as loads more!
