47 years old. I am very serious about and at the same time deeply humbled by the share I own in the wellbeing of our society. I have lived this out by creating amazing SmilingOne Change Agent Projects here in South Africa.

I enjoy visiting new places and to connect with likeminded souls.

I am a sensitive soul so very selective in what I choose

I realize many people are curious about South Africa. I have decided to open up the opportunity for international 'volunteers' to book Change Agent experiences via my SmilingOne Foundation - this can stretch from a week to three months - this does include a cost of course. We are highly specialized in our approach so there is lots of learning to be gained. You can email me for more info (application & references are required).

One of the best concerts I went to was by John Legend in 2016. Incredible performance. I recently went to Ed Sheeran's concert in Cape Town (March 2019). INCREDIBLE!

I have two amazing kids, my greatest mentors (top of my list)
I have an amazing partner and deeply appreciate our conscious relationship.
I have lived in four different countries.
I have written a book; now writing my second one.
I have been in prison, assisting inmates in developing their self leadership toolbox through my coaching program 'The Responsible Individual'
I walk barefoot, in touch with nature and all around me
