My name is Karl Mulcahy, people call me Klark or Krypto. I am a student, currently living in Olomouc, Czech Republic on the Erasmus student exchange programme.
I study Music and Mathematical Physics, and I am in my third year.
I play guitar, like to read, hike and experience local culture and foods.
I am curious about everything and like listening to people with experience and knowledge, though I am quite shy.
I do drink alcohol, though I do not smoke or take drugs.

I believe that Couchsurfing is the best way to experience local culture and cuisine, you have someone there that can tell you about the best places to go, or what is there to see at that time, and just as important, what to avoid.
Also, being a naturally shy person, I hope that this can help me open up and try things I never would have imagined otherwise.
Also, being a student, I don't have much money!

兴趣

I have many interests. I play guitar, and I am currently being taught the piano.
I compose music and I like to read and write. I love food and trying out new dishes, though I do not like onions. I enjoy video games and listening to all types of music. I enjoy walking and hiking, cycling, swimming, all types of physical exercise really.
I do like to go to bars or clubs, but never on my own.

I love all types of music, I mainly listen to Metal, Hard Rock, Industrial techno. OST from video games, classical and so on.
It is the same for films, though i do enjoy B-Horror films, old-school Horror films, Hack N' Slash and so on. I also quite enjoy Superhero movies and Anime.
For books, I mainly read Fantasy or Sci-Fi, Manga and comics. With the occasion Action-Thriller Fiction thrown in there. I also like to read the Classics like Homer and Dante.
