I’m an easygoing, chatty, straight-forward open-minded person. I like to keep myself busy and I’m never bored. I enjoy long conversations as much as moments of solitude or just shared harmonious silences. I love going out, partying and doing things on the spur of the moment, but I’m also all in for staying home in pjs watching (insert any overrated film here) for the 32nd time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Over the last year I’ve been unnecessarily overloading myself with work and started to feel stressed having very little time to spend doing other things I love, so I decided to make some changes; for starters, taking some time off to travel, go to new places, meet new people and just enjoy life.

Interests

Discovering; whether it might be learning a new language, a sport, taking on a new hobby, meeting new people, sightseeing, doesn’t matter, I’m always eager to try and learn new things.
Music. Always. I cannot go a day without it. I have a ridiculously broad musical taste that can go from Dimmu Borgir to Bach (this is no joke).
Books. Buying books, smelling books, caressing books, reading books, all about books…. I have a soft spot for poetry, big fan of sci-fi and fantasy novels and what not really! I also write, sometimes, but I’m more of a closet-writer.
I also have a lot of little hobbies; a bit of photography now and then, occasional drawing, camping and trekking whenever I get the chance. I used to do a lot of volunteering and political activism but I’ve been completely submerged in my love for education these last couple of years, and well, there’s that!

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m a psychologist, teacher and tutor, I’m a pretty decent cook and baker and my slight OCD can be really helpful keeping things neat and organized creating functional spaces. I’m also very good with my hands! So if any of this sounds like it could come in handy there you have it!
