Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that couchsurfing is a wonderful opportunity to combine travelling on a low budget and meeting new people at the same time and I absolutely love the idea of offering a bed to a stranger and in exchange for that having the opportunity to spend a nice time together, sharing stories and experiences, doing the best to create a comfortable atmosphere for everyone involved.
I think that that's what travelling should be like: Sharing something with someone and getting something else in exchange, so that everybody gets what he needs, if that is a good conversation, the company of other people around or simply a bed to sleep in.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love meeting new people, having good conversations and learning something about others dreams, ideas and philosophies in life.
I enjoy travelling, even though I'm not as experienced as most of you guys probably are - so I love hearing your stories to inspire me for my future plans in life.
Besides I really enjoy learning new languages, or better, exchange language skills with others. I can offer German and English fluently and the basics in Spanish and Russian, so we could tech each other what we know so far ;)
I'd also love to improve my guitar playing, so if you're more experienced you could tech me some lessons! Or tech me how to play the Ukulele! Or how to shuffle! Or how to ... whatever you're good at. I always enjoy learning new things.
As I am quite new here on couchsurfing, I hope to get to know a lot of interesting people, hear inspiring stories, learn about different cultures and just get to have a nice time together!
