Overview
About Me
I approach life with a philosophy of experimentation and curiosity.
I’m all about consciousness over convenience.
I keep a wide open mind and always want to understand all the things.
You can find me making sauerkraut and laughing hysterically at my own jokes. Or maybe blending teas because I am too frugal to buy them.
I like reading books on myths and mindfulness and listening to some Tini or B B King.
I love smoked herring and black liquorice (not together!). Bourbon is my go to libation in case you want to buy me a drink.
Jumping into the sea is my therapy.
I think chivalry is silly, and respect and compassion are key.
If your perception proves your reality, these sunnies are tinted rose gold!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love listening to house and techno, blues, folk, ambient, classic rock and a little more of this and a little bit of that. I just recently finished the book The Third Plate by Dan Barber, and it was amazing, but I always have a good book on the go. I tend to watch the same movies over and over again, usually ones that make me laugh.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
hiked the Cinque Terre with my two best friends in one day with only frizzante water
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you about the toxins in our personal care products and how to live a more green, sustainable lifestyle - even how to wash your hair with things you can find in your kitchen! I can show you how to nourish your body with plants, then show you how to retox afterwards.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Sustainable and sometimes unconventional ways to take care of your home, body and environment!
