Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would say travelling is one of my biggest passions because of its unpredictable result. If some people find a load of adrenaline from benji-jump or high speeds then I truly like the emotion of stepping off the plane and finding myself in a new environment where I'm at least for some period of time only on my own. Everything might be planned, but until the end it's not predictable how it's going to work or who I'm going to meet with.

To balanse this crazy concept (which most probably is dictionary definition of "travelling") and give a bit more "normal" first impression then I of course like to discover new destinations and find a "true culture" besides of touristic sights. During most of my previous trips I've chosen to stay in hotels or rarely in hostels. It gives an opportunity to be quite independent and stay in your own comfort-zone BUT in other hand it reduces a good change to meet new people and make new friends.

Trying something alternative instead of my "traditional" travelling habbits is something I would like to do - stepping out of comfort zone for a while (especially in new environment) will hopefully make my future trips even more memorable.
