Hi there! :)

2018 was the year I quit my job, ended my relationship and found myself again. 2019 is the year I start anew and begin creating the life of my dreams. Travelling will be a big part of that life! :D

I'm now working with clients around the world as an intuitive anxiety coach, helping people move beyond their fears and towards their passion, effectively taking back control of their life in a matter of weeks. I work from my laptop and offer virtual coaching sessions. I do require access to the Internet, but beyond that, it shouldn't interfere with my host's lifestyle or schedule ;)

I'm into holistic health. I consider myself to be mostly vegetarian. I enjoy using essential oils. I practice Jikiden Reiki. I experimented with alpha alignment. I do some yoga-flow and some Vipassana meditation though I would like to be more consistent in my practice. I like to take long walks in nature and go hiking. I sometimes play computer games like Heroes of Might and Magic III (classic!), Skyrim or CloneHero. I also started learning to play the piano recently.

I'm a little quirky at times, and always curious to learn new things. I believe consciousness is the missing link between science and spirituality. I also believe everyone has psi abilities they can learn to develop. Oh, and I loooove cats! XD

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm facing my fears and taking a 5-week solo trip to Europe from May to June. On my own for the first time and I've decided it's going to be awesome! Couchsurfing seems like a good alternative to hostels and airbnbs, especially to meet locals and perhaps even make new friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Except for country music, I love everything from pop to heavy metal and classical.

Some of my favorite movies: Ratatouille, How to Train Your Dragon, WALL-E, The Matrix, Pride and Prejudice, Mr and Mrs Smith, The Lord of the Rings, Ready Player One, ... I also watch some TV series like Grey's Anatomy and Friends. Once in a while, I'll binge watch an anime like FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Code Geass or DeathNote.

Some of my favorite books are the Happy Potter series by J.K. Rowling, Eleven Minutes and The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, Who Moved my Cheese by Spencer Johnson, Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman.... I tend to mostly read books about personal development.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I self-published my first novel when I was seventeen and, ten years later (a few weeks ago), I self-published a memoir; both of my books are now available on Amazon :)

Teach, Learn, Share

As a life coach, I can teach you about subconscious patterns, help you get rid of limiting beliefs that no longer serve you and reprogram your mind for success. I can share my knowledge about the science behind the law of attraction and manifestation, quantum physics and such... We can have deep philosophical conversations that last for hours... or just make some popcorn and watch funny videos on Youtube, I don't mind XD

PS: I can also teach you some French since it's my mother tongue ;) (French Canadian, grew up in a small town in Quebec)
