ABOUT ME

Few years ago I met one man during the Warsaw Film Festival. He told me one thing that I always keep in mind: Now's the time. If you want to travel, do it now. Otherwise, you'll get sucked up by your work and you will lose your chance for a journey of a lifetime. From that time I can hear the clock's ticking... and I'm still here...

My biggest passion is cinema. I can talk about movies for hours, so if you don't like films, it can be a tough time for you to talk with me. I also love books, music, drawing and writing, and of course talking with people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted few people, but had some difficulties with being hosted. Through years of being on CS I got a little less enthusiastic about it, but I'm still loving the idea. CS experiences varies from absolutely lovely to totally ideals-smashing (people ignoring my pleas for help, but helping two hot girls that posted help message after me). However, all the good people I've met through CS changed my life to unbelievable degree - thanks to them I travelled Romania with a backpack, spend the best time in the greatest cabin in the woods ever (Chata Socjologa, Bieszczady), got into board games, became more social and honest. I can't thank enough for all those CS people that came into my life and made it different, more interesting and full of possibilities.

兴趣

Movies are my greatest passion, but also books, travels (duh!), music, drawing, writing (I write a lot of movie/games reviews, but not only), photography, comics, games (especially adventure games), discussing about various things with my friends and two awesome brothers. There's also a lot of small things, that keeps me happy and interested about the world, but that's all for a longer discussion!

Movies: Ok... at least some of them: "Porco Rosso" (and then other movies from the dir. Hayao Miyazaki), "Magnolia", "Eternal Sunshine..." and "Science of Sleep", "Decalogue", "Cria Cuervos", "Paths of Glory", "Children of Men".
Music: Beirut, Joy Division, Radiohead, Sigur Ros, BB King, Gorillaz, Skubas (recently) and a lot of jazz/blues, movie soundtracks.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Too much to write, but I'm still waiting for my Monumental Moment ("Oh God, this is it! I will remember it as one of the greatest experiences EVER!"). I hope to get few of those soon.
