Ahoj/Hi! I am 25 years old girl from Czechia. I am a friendly hospitable and organized outdoor girl, who grew up in a small town and moved to Prague for studies. I am a geographer and my specialization is Cartography and GIS. I am a part of EGEA (European Geography Association for students and young geographers). I work as a GIS specialist and do technical support for Google Maps customers.

I am into outdoor activities, exploring new places, getting to know locals and sharing travel stories. I am on Couchsurfing to meet interesting people, explore less touristic places and help strangers.

Getting to know locals is one of the most important things during travelling. You can visit a hundred places, but just meeting locals can give you the right view of the country and culture.

I host my friends and friends of my friends very often in Prague. I've started with CS in 2017 and I had only positive experiences.

I love to be in nature and do outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, cycling or windsurfing. Sometimes I wish I could live closer to the mountains :)
I'd like to go out for a beer or glass of wine.

I don't have too many preferences and I listen what I love - folk, pop, rock or Irish ballads.

My favourite film is Forrest Gump and I can watch it again and again :) “My mama always said, ‘Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get.’”.

I read books from Dan Brown or Stieg Larsson.

One of my hobbies is (was) volunteering for a student association, EGEA. I was the main coordinator for a student congress, which took place in Czechia in spring 2017. I'll never forget the moment when I was standing in front of all participants during my opening speech. After a year of hard work with other 10 students, we hosted 107 participants from 18 different countries for 6 days. It was a great project and will stay in my memory forever...

And I love to be out of my comfort zone - I did skydiving, bungee jumping, horseback riding, hitchhiked alone and much more.

- I'd like to learn about your culture, your lifestyle and city/country you live in.

In Czechia:
- I'll show you the city and tell you some stories about Czech history.
- We can cook together, but if you would like to eat some Czech specialities like Svíčková, I will take you to a restaurant :)
- In case you will stay for more than 1-2 nights, I will recommend you to travel outside of city to see more from our beautiful country ;)
