In august 2025 I decided to quit my job, which I didn't enjoy and decided to give myself a reward trip to NYC for staying in my job for 5 years😃 I've sent out 3️⃣8️⃣ requests to couchsurf in NYC and no luck so far 🙈😪

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used and really liked couchsurfing few years ago, on my old maiden name via Facebook, but my FB got hacked so now I have a new profile here.

I've been here couple of weeks but it feels different. People decline my requests even without saying anything. Have the people got worse?
