I love reading novels, self-help books, psychological and on self-development and nutrition.
I am basically reading a few books at a time, depends on the mood and my state of mind :)

SWIMMING
I love water although im not such a good swimmer (matter of time and motivation :-))

LANGUAGES
Community Interpreter (English-Polish)
has got a degree in EFL and German teaching (don't know German, though:)) well..still have time to learn!
learning (self-study) Spanish at the moment

ROCK-CLIMBING
I have been rock-climbing (only indoors) on and off for about 1,5 years now, love it as it is challenging and you get to compete with yourself :) cannot do it very often, though.

YOGA
Have been practising on and off for 7 years now. Im a yoga teacher (RYS500)

VOLUNTEERING
I try to take part in volunteer projects as much as possible. Great fun and immense satisfaction!

TRAVELLING
My desire is to travel and I try to use every opportunity to do so. I've been to many European countries, lived in a few, visited a couple of African countries and now travelling in Asia.
I appreciate the opportunity I get throughout my travels, meeting such interesting, helpful and valuable people that are a part of my change and magical experience I have on the way!

- See the change in young people that was part of my job, it felt awesome to be able to persuade other people to believe in how amazing they are
- participating in volunteer projects
