I'm Karolis, I've lived in Kaunas all my life (so I know the spots), I'm a 2nd year Art of New Media student at Vytautas Magnus University (so probably won't be able to feed myself after getting my degree) and I've been using Couchsurfing for 1,5 years (not that long), but only had a proper account since 09-2015...

I'm kind of an introvert, but don't let that scare you, I can talk a lot, about lots of things. I don't like to stay home a lot and when I do come home, it's usually (way) after midnight. I'm really interested in science and technology, but art is what drives me in life most.

I've loved travelling for what feels like forever and if I don't go somewhere more distant every half year or so, I start going a little crazy... And now, with the help of this website, I've been having so much more fun on me travels, because you meet interesting, friendly, awesome people pretty much everywhere you go:) So it became one more great reason to travel! I'd like to host people too, but it's very rarely possible atm :/
I have very much enjoyed every opportunity to meet new people that this website has provided:)

Hmm, illegally camped atop the biggest canyon in Europe, went swimming in the Adriatic at night in Croatia, Watched a full moon above the sea from a high terrace in Monaco, got to go around the Mediterranean in a cruise ship bigger than the Titanic (sea related things mostly I guess:D)

I could probably teach you to maybe play something on a guitar or a keyboard, or how to take better photos maybe:) I'd be interested in learning a few words in your native language or maybe someone could finally get me into literature or something:D
