I am a very laid back type of guy. I love meeting new people who challenge my perspective of the world. I am rarely caught without a sketch book in my hands.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couch surfing to help initiate my will to travel. I have rarely left Chicago and this experience will help me to expand my experiences of the world around me. I hope I can make some friends in the process as well.

Interests

My interests include visiting art exhibits and museum, drawing, painting, beer and learning and experiencing new cultures. I am also a collector of hats. I like hats did. Did I mention I like hats?

Music, Movies, and Books

My music tastes varies depending on how I feel. I can say without a doubt Crystal Castles is the constant music that will never leave my playlist. I am not a big fan of gospel or country music but maybe you will introduce me to an artist I like. Some of my favorite movies are Akira, The End of Evangelion, Game of Death, Swedish Love Story, and Juice. My favorite book trilogy is the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once won a race with innumerable contestants to reach a spherical object.
