I just finished up the last semester of a six year, on again off again, college undergraduate degree. During that time I have the opportunity to travel the world meeting fascinating people and seeing incredible things before I discovered there was a website for doing that. I am big fan of people. Most of the folks I meet either domestically or abroad end up rocking my world in one way or another.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I try to host when I can. Unfortunately, my job has kept my home-bound for a while now. When the traveling itch eventually wins out I'm sure I'll be sending you all couchsurfing requests.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am relatively new to this couchsurfing movement. However, I have been an amateur couchsurfer and host most of my life.

Interests

Exploring the outdoors. Feigning expertise in a language I've never spoken before. Running on trails. Climbing rocks. Politics. Social media. Technology. Night hikes. Foosball. Cooking everything on a grill in the backyard.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met a couple of baby orangutans at a wildlife preserve in Indonesia. One of them gave me a hug and sneezed directly into my ear. I was sick for week straight after that.

I know how to crotchet and have successfully taught many people to make crotcheted hats.
