ABOUT ME

We are two great friends currently travelling together and hoping to explore all the Canary Islands in a near future and more if we are lucky. We've met when we were about six and life often connected us in different situations. It seems like it all had led us here - to the sun, beach and to all the lovely people that we've met so far.

PHILOSOPHY

well... after a couple of years doing what we had to not what we wanted to our philosophy is just to enjoy our lives and make the most use of time that we've got. Drawing, painting, singing and playing, dancing, laughing and drinking, swimming, eating and sleeping is our philosphy for the next few months. The only thing we need is to find a way to last it as long as possible!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are hoping to spend as much time as we can travelling the Canary Islands and we hope other couch surfers will help us to make it possible. In return we can offer our modest company with well developed cooking skills :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When we lived in UK we had a pleasure to host a couple of interesting individuals. It has been a great and very enriching experience. We always wanted to travel and we always tried to put our plans in to practice so meeting other travelers gave us a courage and convinced that with a little help we go anywhere and we can make our dreams come true...

The best couch surfing experience - was not about the experience at all - it was the effect of it. It was in January this year (2012) when came to Fuerteventura for the first time, it was also our first experience as CS surfers. There is no one reason why we loved this place so much but thanks to our great host - Carlos - we are here again doing what? enjoying the life!

Interests

Hmmm... we are two poeple with hundred's peoples' interests. We both enjoy each others company (shame we are both girls :) ). We both love cooking - we hardly ever cook the same thing trying to make every meal exeptional and using several different spices from all around the world which we carry with us everywhere we go.
Perfect evening - glass of red vine when Ewa is creating a piece of art with a crayon and Kasia is 'rocking' with a guitar or trying to make a sound out of a different instrument.

Music, Movies, and Books

Tiziano Terzani - I think we both agree that he is one of the best writers.

'South - North' a polish film, don't confuse with North & South. I don't have a favourite film but for some reason this one stayed in my memory.

Music - basically everything that is played on an instrument.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the best things - if not the best and I hope we both agree was getting on that plane East Midlands - Fuerteventura with no return ticket and everything that happened after.
