ABOUT ME

I'm a ugandan Volunteer and a foster Parent of 4 children. I'm a volunteer Coordinator Of Uganda SPACE organization. Prior to this, I was the Project Coordinator of Tweyambe Women’s Group in rural Uganda. My responsibilities include new project development, recruiting project partners and volunteers from Uganda and internationally. I'm on the teams responsible for developing the Poultry Microfinance Project, Sustainable tour project and the pilot Solar Lighting Microfinance Project.

Uganda SPACE is a community based non-profit organisation empowering impoverished women, youth, and children through education, evangelical/ pastoral work and social business enterprises like poultry and solar lantern microfinance projects , sustainable tour services, Renewable energy projects, Water and sanitation programs.

I'm interested in connecting with Volunteers, women activistis, journalists, project partners, donors, tourists and travellers with the mission of impoving the lives of impoverished women, children, youth and rural communities at large.

I love travelling, culture exchange services between the ugandan youth, women and other international communities. We can share knowledge about drama, music, art and crafts.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I empower the rural women and underpreviledged children in rural uganda economically through designing and implementing projects like poultry microfinance project, solar microfinance and animal husbandry projects like piggery. I also offer training to the women and youth to gain enterpreneurship skills.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last month i hosted a avisitor from USA whom we shared about our projects and cultures. IT was a great experience.
