I'm a 21 year old with chronic illnesses and disabilities, but I try not to let them stop me from pursuing my interests in food and cooking. My dream is to someday open my own gastropub named The Ninth Circle. I have a 1 year old German Shepherd named Vida who's in training to be my service dog, she goes everywhere with me as part of her training.
