ABOUT ME

We are both from the midwest and didn't exactly have adventuresome/traveling families but have found freedom in the map. Our honeymoon was a two month long road trip in the western united states, sleeping in our car, tent, hostel, or on our air mattress blown up on the side of the road:] We are searching for who-knows-what, and expect to find a lot of things on the way. We want to make an impact on people and in general, be the best people we can be.

PHILOSOPHY

"Home is wherever I'm with you." My husband and my wedding song is the truth. We have each other and hope to enjoy all the world has to offer wherever that may be. There is just too much out there to run yourself down for a certain amount of money that in the end is empty.

Giving the space we have for travelers! Love being able to help out people on whatever journey and hope to meet people on our own travels as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just had our first CouchSurfers and absolutely LOVED it! It was a better experience than we even expected and look forward to our future guests.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I (amy) have gotten married to the best man in the world and shortly afterward took the best road trip/honeymoon ever. We wandered near aimlessly on a road trip that took us through Colorado, to the Four Corners, Tijuana border and up the California coast camping all over, cliff jumping, surfing and seeing. Had some interesting stays at places and car camped a lot to wake up on the road again! LOVE EVERY MINUTE!
