Overview
About Me
Hi! My full name is Katherine, but you can call me Kat. I just completed my sophomore year at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA (it's near UVA if you've heard of that). I'm currently studying psychology & studio art/graphic design and am declaring a minor in nonprofit studies. I'm accompanied in my travels by my friend Taylor Freeman (also in my profile picture). We're very clean and courteous of noise, etc., and for this road trip, we hope to go to sleep early and wake up early, as not to waste daylight, but normally we're definitely night owls.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My friend Taylor and I are hitting the west coast, attempting to take on a road trip from Seattle to San Diego to the Grand Canyon (and then back to northern virginia) for as cheap as possible. We decided that sleeping in a car in the city might not be the most viable option, it being maybe slightly dangerous (and illegal), so we were ecstatic to find this website! We're just looking to meet some cool people, exchange stories, and find a place to crash and shower:)
