I'm a chef from California that is in Peru studying Spanish and the cuisine. I practice yoga and occasionally like to go dancing. I'm in Lima currently until March for an internship at a local high-end restaurant as well as a Spanish immersion. After Lima I'm going to Iquitos to visit the Amazon for a month and then over to Cusco for a month or two. My ultimate goal is to end up in Latin Caribbean as a chef by June.

I lived and worked in New Zealand on a small island off the coast of Auckland as a chef. I also had my own radio show on a solar powered radio station there.
