Born and raised in the United States but have lived the past 3 and a half years in Latin America, where I met my Colombian boyfriend who I am traveling Europe with. I enjoy traveling, going out and being active- futbol, diving, running, hiking to name a few and he's big into music, technology and languages (Spanish, English, German and a bit of Japanese and Russian) so we have a wide variety of interests! We're new on Couchsurfing but are looking forward to sharing with our hosts!

Couchsurfing seems to be the best way to meet locals and discover parts of the city most tourists might overlook. Learning about history and new cultures is one of main reasons I love to travel, so why not learn directly from the locals?

I've had a number of different jobs all over the world, from serving the rich and famous on private yachts in the Med, teaching children English in a small community in Ecuador and even guiding wild groups of 20 year old backpackers through private islands in the Caribbean.
