I´m a friendly, outgoing person who loves adventures and getting to know people, countries and cultures. I´m good fun and up for pretty much anything:) I like messing about and being silly but I also enjoy deep conversations. I love the sun and the warmth, being outside and hanging out with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We hosted loads of couchsurfers in our flat in Coban, Guatemala, but it all went over my flatmates account. It was a great experience and I got to know so many amazing people, some of which are dear friends to me today.

Interests

I love good food and drinks and I love to cook, especially when the ingredients are fresh and local. I love to go around second hand shops and find treasures. I am a bookworm who can get lost in a book for hours. I love to be outside and enjoy beautiful landscapes. I am a fan of urban projects that get neighbours together and do local projects. I love to party, especially if its techno!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite book is "the Shadow of the Wind" by Carlos Ruiz Zafon, my favourite movie is "the Boat that Rocked" (amazing music!) My all time favourite Band is Dire Straits and my favourite song by them is "Romea and Juliet", otherwise I am into Techno Music, at the Moment i really like Charlotte de Witte.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Guatemala for one and a half years doing a social service. That was a crazy time! I loved Guatemala, the landscape is gorgeuous, the people are amazing, but it is also a really screwed up country so it could be quite dangerous at times. I worked with kids who live on the rubbish dump and i met some of the most charismatic people ever there. I still miss it, even though it was 5 years ago now.
