I'm Kat, a development worker and teacher. My travels mainly revolve around working with communities, but I also enjoy hanging out with fellow couch surfers and exploring new places in my free time.

I was deployed as a teacher in a rural public school in the Philippines for almost two years. That experience was eye-opening regarding the education system in the Philippines. I was amazed by those teachers who decided to stay in public service for decades. I can tell you more about it once we met in person.
