I'm an American currently working and living in Washington DC. I love working odd jobs and meeting new people from around the world, really missing my life in SE Asia. I believe that cultural exchange makes us better and more well rounded people and I am constantly seeking education from others about parts of the world and ways of life different than my own.

I'm on couchsurfing because my best friends' parents convinced me that it was the best way to meet the most interesting people. Boy, were they right. I am so excited by the opportunities to meet new people and see places beyond what the guidebook suggests. I can't wait to meet up!
