I like to read and write; to smell the desert after the rain; to love with my whole being; to dance with my whole body; to cook and eat; to play and laugh; to explore the wonders of crayola and sidewalk chalk; to put my bare feet in the soil; to sway to some good reggae or bluegrass; to wake up early enough to hear the birds.

I think the Northern Lights changed my life, but we can talk about that later.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach yoga, I lead a weekly meditation and chanting group, I'm good with technical writing and am learning about creative writing, and my dog can teach your dog can do just about anything badass.
