I’m 17 years old and I am training across Canada for the summer!

I’m the type of person who can’t stay in one place for too long. I crave adventure and always have since I was a small child. My parents aren’t rich so I never got to travel as a kid so I fed that hunger by going on mini hikes in the forest near my house. It did the trick but now that I am older, I have been in every inch of that forest and need something more!

I absolutely adore anything creative. I love to draw, especially flowers. I love having picnics in a park near a garden so I can just draw the beautiful plants. I love writing, especially poetry. Love to read it too. Skateboarding is a passion of mine. Mind you, I’m not very good but you have to start somewhere right! I have always had a passion for photography! That’s why I’m so pumped for my trip this summer. It’s going to be such an amazing opportunity to get some good ol shots. I am a pescatarian and have been for over half a year now! The reason I eat sea food is because I was originally going to go to Japan this summer and I wanted to make eating food easier on myself. Also I won’t lie, cutting out sushi is harder than I thought...

I have issues with humanity but any time I travel it rekindles my love for people. There are good people out there, you just have to be open minded enough to find them. I would love to just sit down at a nice cafe and just shared stories. I love to hear every detail in someone’s past.

I know that I am young, and the age requirement is 19+, but I’m too eager to get my life started! My parents are fully aware that I am on this app. Funny enough, it was actually my fathers idea to travel across Canada by train for the summer!
