I`m a 30 year old solo traveller, exploring this beautiful world and the wonderful people in it! I am friendly, open, caring and love adventures! I believe that the purpose of life is to do good and help others and leave the world a better place than you found it. I totally believe in the philosophy behind couch surfing! I love sharing, helping others and meeting and getting to know new people. I have hosted many great people in Bristol and Birmingham (UK) and I found this a brilliant way to learn, share experiences and have fun! I'm travelling on a budget and I also want to immerse myself in the countries and cultures that I am visiting, staying in hostels and speaking English is not travelling in its fullest, and does not help me improve my Spanish. I want to meet the great people who are on this network!

I`m passionate about looking after the world we live in, and sharing goodness with the people on it. I love dancing and festivals, eating healthy nutritious food, art, nature and music LOTS! I also love every way of immersing myself in the elements that I can find: surfing, snowboarding, trekking, hiking volcanoes, camping and most recently snorkelling and diving. Also yoga and meditation are important to me.

This question is hard! I love so much music... Electronic, reggae, folk, chill out. I`ve just finished the book 'Love in a time of cholera', which was great. Books about people, life and history are great - God Of Small Things - Arudahati Roy, A Thousand Splendid Suns - Khalid Housseini. Movies: Into the wild, anything by Baz Lurhmann or Quentin Tarantino, arty films, films that make you think, like `blood diamond`, or make you feel like '12 years a slave`......

I teach mindfulness in the UK and love to share this with others, such as teaching how to be more present and at ease and how to meditate. I love to cook and I`m very clean, I actually like cleaning!
