I am from Russia but I have been living in the Netherlands since I was 12. I recently became officially Dutch and can tell you a lot about this tiny country.
I just started teaching arts and I like it a lot! Although I get tired of acting grown up sometimes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When traveling I am trying to experience local life next to the tourist attractions. In order to understand tourist attractions you need to understand the culture. I want to know what moves the people in a certain place, what kind of air they breathe, where they do their groceries and how often they go to the sea.
I have been visiting a lot of frinds in different countries and people have been visiting me in the Netherlands a lot! So I turned into a guide myself and that is why I know that nobody can show you the country as well as the people living in it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I became a ski teacher, which was my childhood dream. After living in Austria for 1 winter season, I come back every year for a week or two.
