I am looking for a host in Bari for 24 and 25 July. My host who had kindly offered his place but had a car accident at the weekend and so can no longer host me – poor thing! Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always thought visiting a place is more about the people. I have played host a couple of times (in Sydney) and been hosted on here once (in Stockholm). I also lived with a wonderful woman from Mexico City in France for a year. We shared a bloody bedroom and amazingly, it was one of the most touching experiences of my life. I love meeting peeps from all walks of life.

Interests

Dancing (Senegalese Sabar, dancehall, break, krump, wacking, folk and traditional shit, ballet, experimental etc etc), going to SEE dance and theatre, swimming, rock climbing, hiking, meditating, following the news, discovering the culture of a place (I prefer to walk down the street rather than hit a tourist attraction), learning new languages (had a go at Australian sign language - Auslan - last year...) meeting new kids, old and young, on wheels (that is a wheelchair - the more diverse the better in my eyes) or, on something else... ;)
