About Me
Low-key, friendly person who prefers the moderate hike to an adrenaline-rush trip. Eager to immerse myself in new places and people, sharing and exchanging, learning as I go. Bit of a low-key foodie.
Love to sing and love to laugh. Understands and enjoys the need for solitude as well as sociality.
Living in Yellowstone most of the year- Utah address is my mail drop.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books
Rock, classic rock, blues, pop, alternative, dance, electronic, most types. Classic movies, sci-fi, comedy, but no horror/graphic violence.
Books- a lot of nonfiction with the occasional novel. History is a favorite genre- reading about a variety of eras these days.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visited Australia for three weeks in 1999!
Teach, Learn, Share
I was a certified professional shoe fitter- know shoes, fitting, and enough about feet and gait to assist with nonmedical foot issues.
Geyser gazer here in Yellowstone- always willing to swap tips and info.
Advanced amateur photographer- keen eye for compositions and knowledge of basic tips.
I cook a little, I am interested in almost any topic of discussion as long as participants are reasonable.
What I Can Share with Hosts
See above plus:
Flexibility in discussion- open minded and eager to learn new things
Other things as may come up in travels!
