I am a high school graduate traveling to Europe during the summer before I continue on to University. Learning about cultures different from my own has always fascinated me, and I hope that for as long as I live I will continue learning. I plan on having a major in Anthropology in college, along with a major in Creative Writing and a minor in Studio Art.

"When I grow up," I will be a bestselling author. (I firmly believe that if I repeat this phrase to myself over and over, it will one day come true). With this philosophy, I think it is best for me to experience the world as much as I can. Learning is a skill I will never lose no matter where I go.

When people first meet me, I come off as shy and reserved. My friends beg to differ. I can be a little awkward, like some introverted people, but I am the type of person who owns it, rather than shying away from it.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste is eclectic. I enjoy David Bowie, Adele, Amy Winehouse, Arctic Monkeys, Death Cab for Cutie, and many movie soundtracks from movies like Arrival, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and The Imitation Game. (Just to name a few.)

I have recently found myself enamored by the movie Arrival. My favorite TV shows are Fargo, Sherlock, Westworld, and Stranger Things.

My book list is too extensive to fit in here, but I enjoy The Book Thief, House of Leaves, The Hidden Life of Trees, Pride and Prejudice, and many educational texts.
