I live in Philadelphia, currently University City by Penn and Drexel but have lived in a couple other neighborhoods as well. I love to cook and will do so in exchange for hospitality, or really for no reason at all. Feeding people makes me very happy.

I also read quite a bit, go to comedy shows in Philly and am a casual but consistent runner. I like to go out, especially if there's dancing involved, but I'm cool with quieter nights as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't have extra money for traveling, but I want to do it anyways. I have friends I can stay with in a lot of cities, but I'm also trying to branch out and travel alone, so couch surfing will help me meet people and not break my wallet.

I live in a tiny apartment and sleep on my own couch, so I can't really host, but if you are in my city and are looking for good restaurants recs and even a partner to try them with, let me know! Maybe down for other activities too, I'm open.

Music, Movies, and Books

This is vague, but anything original? I like most genres of most media... I'm forgiving of instrumental music designed to make you feel something, but I'm cynical about cliched lyrics. In books, I look more for good metaphor than a linear narrative.
