I'm currently learning how to be happy every day, enjoy the present moment and invest time in myself with keeping the effectiveness in business projects.

ABOUT ME

I'm a systematic-thinking person who is crazy about results. It helps me to build business projects with success. But now I'm also learning how to develop the other part of me who can enjoy the present moment and trust to the world. And I like this process! Thanks to my teacher who is my lovely husband! :)

I'm also a fitness personal trainer and yoga & nutrition lover. My husband Pavel and I both eat clean food, love to cook at home, practice yoga and do fitness activities every day.

We are open-minded and communicative people. So we love to meet new people, talk and share thoughts and experience.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted many great people in my hometown. We surfed places of just very nice and interesting people from CS in many countries. And we keep meeting good people around the world thanks to CS

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have host a few people from different countries at my home and I really enjoy it! We had a great time with all of them and I love them!
Also we had a nice experience to travel in California, USA with CS! + in Dubai, Hong Kong, Berlin, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Philippines...

Usually when I start to do something new in my life, I think I will never do it well. But some time later I start doing it not so bad. So, for example, I speak English now, swim under the water, drive motorbike in Ho Chi Minh City.

My background is about management of creative team. I have a big passion in a healthy cooking and in a fitness... So I'm currently certificated personal trainer and work as PT part-time job. We can do a great workout together! :)
