ABOUT ME

Travel kind of defines me. I spent some formative years in Geneva, switzerland (from 7 -14). My friends describe me as easy going and always up for an impromptu adventure. I like to come into a town and discover what it has to offer, art museums, parks, ethnic restaurants etc.

I like to lead a healthy lifestyle, love to be active and expose myself to all kinds of foods and flavors. I have a dog and love pets and have no allergies.

I am married and a mom to two wonderful kids, a daughter a few years out of college with a ste free in Environmental Science and a son who is studying Computer Science.

I not only only want to connect with like minded people, I love to learn about different people and open up my eyes to different things

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed on lots of couches of friends and acquaintances on my own as I'm in a different town almost every weekend. I have couch surfed a few through this site too:)

Interests

Swimming, kayaking, biking, gardening. I also love to check out what there is to do for free in Chicago. I like to bike downtown.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to lots of books tape as I drive, just finished the Game of Thrones...I wanted more. Music wise I love a good vocal, either its Ella Fitzgerald or a new indie band, music sets the stage

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled to Egypt with my 10 year old son to see the pyramids.
