Adventurer on the path of life... I used to live in an eco-house that I built with my own hands and heart. It is insulated with straw bales and has solar panels and a composting toilet. I was teaching and working in Eco-building and Permaculture for several years. Since then, I have been living in Montreal, where I spent three years working at a mushroom store, during which time I certified as a TRE provider (ask me about it!), which is now my full-time gig.

I have travelled quite a bit in Europe, in Canada, I've been to Peru twice, and most recently, in my home province of Quebec - a place I would like to continue discovering for years to come. I love to show people around when I have time, and to recommend beautiful places to visit in my region and beyond.

I've also spent a significant portion of the last few years on silent meditation retreats, and am always happy to share time with people who share this type of interest or lifestyle (for lack of a better word).

I love meeting new people and sharing personal stories. I am deepening my knowledge of myself and am a seeker of truth - working on being more authentic with myself and others. I love to be in nature. I also love and need my quiet time.

I have friends who have highly recommended couchsurfing as a way to meet new people when travelling and in the comfort of your own home. When I travel, I love getting to know locals and learning about their customs and seeing how they live. I also love to share the same with people who come to visit me.
