Music, Movies, and Books

Music - lately lots of modern classical - really enjoying Bryce Dessner, Ludovico Einaudi, and Francesa Guccione. My favorite genre is like folk/indie rock (Mt Joy and Lumineers). I also enjoy Celine Dion, Josh Groban. I love funk, Latin, classic rock, jazz, blues.

Movies - not a big film watcher over the last few years but I enjoy a good drama, comedy, or romance. Home Alone is my favorite. I like documentaries and interviews from Gaia Consciousness.

Books - I read a lot of books - just not all from start to finish. I believe that's OK - what I'm meant to read, I will read and at the perfect time. My favorite reads change like the seasons. In the last year, my books have been mostly in the psychedelic and consciousness space. The Gene Keys have become my bible.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backpacked SE Asia without an itinerary for 6 weeks. Visited over 20 countries solo, traveled to over 30 before 30 years old. Car camped traveling across the USA for 4 months.

Love to learn and share stories and simply be with others and our beautiful planet. I love deep conversation and soulful connections. It’s a gift to see life through others’ eyes, reflections of our inner and outer worlds… remembering we’re really the same.
