ABOUT ME

I try and live life to the full, and see the good in all. I find people fascinating and love to hear stories of other peoples lives and adventures! I am interested in everyone and everything. I like reading, music, art, cooking, trying to play the guitar, walking, the great outdoors, my mountain bike,animals, sunshine, gigs, festivals, travelling - obviously, the list is endless!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the CS project - I think its a superb idea and want to get fully involved!! Rather than sitting here stagnating I want to get out and see some more of the world before I'm old and grey,host and be hosted and with a bit of luck meet some great people and share some good times. I am going away next week for some weeks but would be very happy to host any couch surfers when possible or at least meet for drinks etc!

Films - Anything Tarantino, Woody Allen, World Cinema, Silence of the lambs, The Crow, Anchorman, Withnail & I, Irvine Welsh films etc etc. Music - The Pixies, B52's, Rolling Stones, Unkle, The Smiths, Radiohead, The Cure, David Bowie, Hendrix, The Doors, Janis Joplin, Groundhogs - I could go on forever... Books - mainly biographies particularly music - Wonderland Avenue Tales of Glamour and Excess by Danny Sugerman, The Cloud Garden by Thom Hart Dyke, Apathy for the Devil by Nick Kent - are all great books - again too many to list

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The eclipse from the beach in Newquay was quite spectacular! Blue mountains sydney - lots of stuff! ;)

I made a mean bloody b-stard - beetroot juice instead of tomato - sounds gross but its lovely!
