ABOUT ME

For 7 years I've been a freelancer web developer. Since a long time I've known that I don't want to be a person who works from 9 til 5 and does the same thing every day. I like diversity and I love the fact the each day is different from the previous one.
I love nature, sun and water. My aim is to spend as much time as possible outdoors. I love hiking in the mountains, or just camping on a lonely beach. Travelling to new places and meeting interesting and inspiring people is something that makes me alive.
I also like riding a bike, taking photos, growing flowers and sometimes I also grow my own vegetables.
Lately I am rediscovering the beauty of Bulgarian national folklore, dancing Bulgarian national dances and visiting different festivals.
I am also interested in alternatives to the conventional food provision system, taking part of a local food cooperative.
I am starting to learn about free education as an alternative to the regular system now.
I have a wonderful husband and a lovely 6 year old daughter.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have hosted people, but not traveled with Couchsurfing yet .
I think it is a wonderful way to know a country and a culture better, to see how people live in different places, what they think and dream, and of course to make new friends.
When not travelling at a time, hosting or meeting people at home makes you feel so much more like travelling :)
