ABOUT ME

Well, the simple question is how do I begin? I'm the type of person who is still searching for the right thing to come into her life. You might ask what? The truth is, I don't know. Life changes happen so quick... Family, friends and career paths are always evolving. I grew up in Southern Oregon near Ashland. I graduated from Oregon State University in April 2007 with a BS in Merchandising Management. I quickly moved to downtown Portland to start my retail career. I love the fast paced feeling of living downtown. There is always something to do. The ballet, opera and Portland Art Museum are so close. Who could live without visiting the local coffee shop around the corner that serves Stumptown Coffee. I'm a free thinking, caring person who just wants to do something fantastic in the world.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life so I can bring a smile to someone's face everyday. I'm in the public eye. I have to have a little sass and lots of class. I feel that everything really works out for a reason. Yes, one might say that I am an optimistic person. .... I like that though!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live in a Studio apartment in NW Portland. I don't have the correct set-up quite yet for an actual CouchSurfing experience. But, I'm very excited to show someone around the city and meet for coffee or drinks. In the future I'm certain that I'll be able to host and offer a great couch in it's own private area. All you Studio apartment people have to agree, right? I'm a loyal person who really follows through with things and knows that I will keep my promise about the couch in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had any yet. I found out about CouchSurfing from my friend Colette who lives in my apartment building. Once she talked about it I knew that I had to get involved.

兴趣

I love going to concerts. I'm a huge acoustic music fan. My favorite artist is Gavin DeGraw. I just saw Gavin for the 3rd time in Portland and finally met the guy. I really want to go to New York so I can visit his bar on the East Side. HAHA! I love the outdoors, coffee, the smell of rain on hot pavement, VW bugs (Yes, I have one!) tennis, my funny rat terrier Molly and traveling.......
