Born in Ukraine, currently living in the Italian part of Switzerland, I’m a doctor who never stopped being a student of life. Between neuroscience, yoga mats, and hiking trails, I’m always exploring how body, mind, and soul dance together.

I love conscious living (with a good dose of humor - because awareness without laughter gets too heavy), traveling with curiosity, and listening to the life stories people carry with them - they are more fascinating than novels.
