Hey, my name is Katharina but all my friends call me Kathi. I'm 19 years old and I currently live as an Aupair in Seattle but I'm originally from a small village in Germany.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am currently living in Seattle as an Aupair. During my travel period at the end of the year my friend Carolin and I would like to travel as much as possible so that we can see and discover a lot.
I hope that with couchsurfing I get to know people that share the same mindset. Also we're interested in getting to know the American culture in different places in the US since we only really know the Seattle way of life. This is why I think that couchsurfing is perfect for me/us :)

兴趣

Back at home I've been in a little theatre group for pretty much half my life. I do like going to see plays as well.
I can gain interest in all sorts of outdoor activities but I'm most passionate about long walks, hiking and kayaking/canoeing.
When I want to do something less active I love to go thriftshopping , play board games, scrapbook, watch movies/shows or cuddle my cat.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Last summer I went to Rock am Ring a popular German festival on a racing track and I swom in the dead sea.
This year I went to the largest outdoor rodeo and lived with a family that I hardly knew for a year (basic thoughts of becoming an Aupair)
